Parachuting Penguins is a family owned design/printing company located in Bentonville, Arkansas. The hallmark of our business since 2003 has been, and continues to be, offering the highest level of graphic design and the broadest assortment of related products found anywhere in Northwest Arkansas. Our focus on superior customer service is unparalleled, and we take a great pride in being an industry leader.
In 2005 we moved from Rogers to Bentonville and doubled the size of our operation while expanding in-house capabilities with cutting edge technology and machinery. Through innovative marketing concepts and strategic business alliances, we possess a virtually unlimited capacity for growth in the foreseeable future.
New team members in our organization must be motivated and appreciate the extraordinary personal chemistry that we have developed. We provide a working environment that lends itself to openness and fresh ideas while remaining focused on performance and efficiency.
Our clients cover a large range of needs. We handle small consumers who need services on a retail level such as copies, rubber stamps, and invitations.
Small businesses rely on us for such products as business cards, brochures, banners, and promotional items.
A large segment of our clientele comes from the Walmart and Sam's Club Supplier community. We work with Suppliers and their teams locally, nationally, and around the world. Their needs are varied but the constant is attention to detail, top quality and rapid production.
We provide printing services from short to long run, wide format, custom silk screen and embroidered apparel, promotional products, signs, banners, and web design to name just a brief overview of our product mix.
From our core capability of graphic design, we have launched local search engine websites such as NWAmovies.com, NWArestaurants.com, and will be launching NWAhotels.com in 2010. We own the largest number of "NWA" domain names in Northwest Arkansas and plan on developing two or more new websites each year. We believe in reaching for new markets while continually expanding our present base.

Team members are not only encouraged to contribute at the highest level, it is expected. Our work days move very quickly and no two days are alike. All salaried positions will require 40-48 hours per week on average. Hourly wage will be determined based on experience and receive time and half over 40 hours worked within a normal business week.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted during the work day, or at any other time when offensive smoke residue will adversely affect our clients or others on our team.
Your references will be contacted and your work history will be scrutinized for accuracy.
