We are open from 7am to 11pm CT Monday through Thursday, from 7am until 6pm on Friday, and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. It's important to note that if you are facing a deadline, we don't stop working on your project until it's finished. We also offer our unique emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes. We have a conference room that was designed specifically to give our customers a more comfortable and private environment to look through samples, catalogs, and discuss their design ideas. Please call to arrange a time for us to meet with you.

Yes. You can return to your home or hotel and we will call you when the project is finished. We offer a delivery service to all hotels in Rogers and Bentonville at no charge providing your project is $70 or more. A small charge will apply otherwise.

Yes. We understand that getting out of the office can be difficult so we can pick up or deliver your projects within a reasonable period of time. Depending on what is required, there may be a charge for this service if you need something quickly or if it is a particularly large item. Otherwise, we try to get out frequently and get to as many clients as possible when they are waiting on an order.

We offer the most varieties in binding of any printer in the area. Choose from spiral coils in a color of your choice, cloth tape, plastic comb, steel wire, and saddle stitch. We are one of the very few in the area who can produce hard back books from one to one thousand. We have samples of all these types of binding for you to consider.

Yes. We offer 4 different weights of pouch laminate because not every job requires the same thickness. We can also provide hot or cold laminate in wide format, which makes us the most complete resource for laminating in the area regardless of quantities.

Yes. We can pad regular paper as well as carbonless. The larger the quantity the more cost effective it will be for you. Ask us to explain your wide array of options based on your objectives.

Yes. We offer a variety of different folds and can utilize different sizes of paper to create anything from a traditional tri-fold to the most unique brochures.

Yes. We deal with simple straight edges to complex packaging prototypes. We can die cut thousands of pieces including creating the dies.

In most cases, yes. We hesitate to say every file because there can be many variables involved. We rarely have files that we can't work with unless it was corrupted or had some other issue beyond our control. Because we only hire professionally trained graphic designers, we are uniquely capable when it comes to finding solutions.

Yes. We are a licensed FedEx and DHL agent, and we also work with UPS.

If you have your own account and your package is ready to ship, take advantage of our unique drop off service. You don't even need to take off your seat belt. Just stop by our drive up and ring the bell and we will be out to your vehicle in less than 30 seconds to take your packages.

We also offer full service inside to weigh and label your shipments. Call us for more details.

Yes. We can receive for all major shippers including LTL and truckload. We have a warehouse complete with forklift available to handle and store your shipment. We handle temperature sensitive shipments as well. Our 16ft box truck with electric lift gate is at your service to pick up and deliver the most demanding packages.

Our rate varies by the complexity of your project. In this way, we are able to provide the highest level of expertise as well as access to designers for those whose needs are less demanding. It's difficult for us to say until we have more information regarding your specific circumstances.

There will be a charge for pre-press set up that will depend on what is necessary to prepare your materials for production. This cost is much less than design time. A written estimate can be provided at no cost prior to beginning your project. A deposit or open charge account will be required to initiate the project.

You will receive the benefit of our unique understanding of various production environments because we provide you with several different versions of your new logo. This is very important because not all files are appropriate for all types of production. Why invest in creating a logo when it won't look sharp each and every time people see it? Yes we do. In fact, we are one of the very few sources in NW Arkansas that can produce self inking rubber stamps on site!
