This was in response to our follow up on an issue that fell through the cracks and was entirely our fault. We had a credit card on file that was incorrect and our system didn't update as it should have when a new one was entered. As soon as it was discovered we did correct the problem and credited the client with a 100% refund on the most recent transaction to compensate for being inconvenienced. We sincerely appreciated our client's understanding.

Dear Ralph: Last week, David Routon of Parachuting Penguins in Bentonville called us and wanted to inquire as to the need of an air conditioner. The answer from us was a resounding YES! Our organization is a long term shelter for women (usually with children) whom are in a crisis time of their life. This particular home has used small window units, which knocks the heat down, but does not really cool off the house.
